SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

1. Wedding party provides wedding license to officiant.
2. Texas requires a 72 hour waiting wedding period.
3. The waiting period can be waived if:

a. A Texas judge waives it.
b. One of the applicants is an active US Military with military ID.
c. They submit the premarital Education certificate.
d. They are remarrying each other
